Delivery

All B27 orders are shipped securely with Dropp.

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days in Reykjavík and the capital area, and 3–5 business days outside the capital area.

Free shipping on orders over 16,000 ISK.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your B27 purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must remain intact

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

How to Return

Every order includes a Dropp return label inside the package.

Simply:

  1. Place the item back in the original packaging

  2. Attach the return label

  3. Drop it off at your nearest Dropp return point

No need to contact us before returning.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
