Delivery & Returns

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days in Reykjavík and the capital area, and 3–5 business days outside the capital area.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

A Dropp return label is included in every order—just repackage and drop it off, no need to contact us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (5–10 business days).

Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
